Service Contracts
In addition to its own service contracts for unlimited telephone support, access to field engineers, and training opportunities, TIC also offers ABB Care, a framework that provides customizable service levels with optional packages for all customers in the energy industries. The philosophy behind this is supporting customers for life, providing tools and services that ensure that their systems are always safe, secure, and reliable. Service costs are controlled, and asset life is extended.
ABB Care programs offer web-based self-service, software maintenance, digital features, unlimited telephone support, and training & webinars (online, virtual, and face-to-face).
Remote Service
Remote Service is an ABB built in remote toolset that is also included in the ABB Care Service Contract. It offers remote connection with experts to troubleshoot assets via Visual Remote Support or Remote Access Support, a unified interface to the ABB installation via MyABB/My Control System with troubleshooting checklists and tutorials, and online training via ABB MyLearning.
